Released 02/02/12, by singer/songwriter and producer Lxnnnie. "Playing Spades With Satan" is a visceral concept album rife with gloom and dementia. The personal diary of emotions that a very confused and twisted person might have. This album travels deep within the mental atmosphere and thoughts of a nameless schizophrenic, maybe even a serial killer? A dark dystopian venture into the warped intellect of a man who seems all too content in his sickness. Lxnnnie gives us a sneak peak into the mind, heart and soul of a type of human being who's true feelings are almost never exposed to the rest of humanity. Leaving the listener with 13 missing pieces to a puzzle that not even the Behavioral Science Unit of the FBI has yet to discover. The entire album is riddled with grimy acoustic melodies, random instrumentation, warped lyrics, and all intertwined with a plethora of bizarre sound bites. Best listened to from beginning to end in headphones at a volume of your liking. This is one of the most fucked up albums you will ever hear.
